Trevor Wissink-Adams

A Sudbury, MA native and graduate of George Washington University and Harvard's Graduate School of Education, Trevor has lived in Jamaica Plain since 2011 and worked in real estate for just as long. He has helped clients buy and sell homes across the Boston area, from Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, and the South End to Belmont, Cambridge, Somerville and beyond. Trevor combines a deep knowledge of the Greater Boston market with thoughtful representation and unparalleled service to ensure a smooth, joyful transaction. Based on client feedback, they deeply value his negotiation skills, calm demeanor, and exceptionally organized approach.

Trevor has been fortunate to serve a variety of clients—from the first time homebuyer, to the retiree looking to downsize, to the investor interested in a 1031 exchange—regardless of what they are looking for Trevor works tirelessly to meet their needs. Trevor is also a member of both the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Prior to real estate, Trevor began his career as a 7th grade English teacher in Oakland, CA through Teach for America. In his spare time, he enjoys being a member of Jamaica Plain's Neighborhood Council, playing basketball, surfing, and spending time with friends and family. Trevor and his wife, Jay, currently reside in Jamaica Plain with their daughter Frankie.

Ashlee Reed

Rhode Island native and graduate of Wellesley College, Ashlee has had a lifelong appreciation for homes. One of the many reasons why she loves real estate is because she has the pleasure of educating buyers and sellers about the process after spending many years working in education and social work in Boston. Ashlee’s clients always appreciate her attention to detail, thoughtful insight into properties and the area, and ability to negotiate what’s best for them. With a keen knowledge of the Jamaica Plain and West Roxbury areas as an over 25-year resident, she has a knack for working with clients to find their perfect homes. Ashlee resides in West Roxbury with her wife Michaela and three children. In her free time, she can be found coaching her kid's teams or enjoying all of the open space that the Emerald Necklace has to offer.

Stephanie Crawford

The utmost professional, Steph believes that open communication and full transparency are at the core of every relationship. From the first meeting, Steph works to provide her clients with the most relevant and comprehensive information in order to have candid and productive conversations about strategy whether her clients are buying, selling, or looking for long-term investments. This, she maintains, is key to setting realistic expectations, so that the real estate journey is smooth, efficient, and ends with the client’s objectives being met.

In addition, she understands how challenging and stressful it can be to buy or sell a new home. Steph has the experience, the expertise, and, above all, the commitment to do whatever it takes to make deals happen for her clients. Even if her clients are looking outside of the Boston area, Steph is committed to helping her clients by connecting them to other trusted agents in the Compass network.

A longtime resident of Boston, Steph has knowledge of all the neighborhoods and can inform her clients about the unique characteristics of just about every corner of Boston. She also very much has her finger on the pulse of new residential development, which is changing Boston’s landscape quickly. From a new luxury high-rise in the Seaport to a recently renovated condo in a South End brownstone, Steph serves as a valued source of information for her clients.

Formerly, Steph worked in philanthropy or fundraising for Harvard University and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, as well as several other Boston area medical facilities. Steph hails from Central Massachusetts. A graduate of Wheaton College, she also earned her MBA from Simmons College. In her free time, she works as an instructor at CorePower Yoga, enjoys sailing around the East Coast with her husband and dog, Cricket; as well as spends time with her family on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire.
